I hear you winnerwinner! We have qty 2 Mitchell wells producing XX or XXX BPD at this point.  If it's the same flow rates then we know it is roughly 80 BPD plus W. Texas might have another 15-40 elsewhere we haven't been told about but that is just speculation on my part.  We know about a bunch of "maybes" i.e. Strobel or Stroebol, or Stroebel or whatever the focking lease name is.  Who gives a chit!  Then we have the Standard lease with some "possible" opportunity and IMO these will take focking a couple months to drill with setbacks along the way, yadda, yadda, yadda.  TECO moves like snails and currently doesn't have the manpower or funding to move any quicker IMO.  I would love to be proven wrong and see our next drill start turning this week or next but I highly doubt it!  If TECO has more going on then all the above then I wish they would spit it out and get the general market and institutional investors excited.   I don't know if I can take my 100th roller coaster ride!
