Lots of sloppy trading today. My guess is the bid/ask will widen and we'll either close up 2-3% or down 5%. Just an observation.
Thought I'd ask here to avoid any BS over on IHUB. What is the deal with JT's loan and the 10 million from LPC? I was thinking that the JT loan was a bridge to LPC, which it appears it was...but with the trials they are doing they only need hundred of thousands of dollars, not millions. Could they have negotiated this deal for $10 million to show a partner that they aren't desperate and they have money...so as to not discount a potential licensing deal? Makes sense IMO. If I'm right on this, the dilution from LPC could possibly only be another 10-20 million shares. JT needed to show that we have the funds available to go alone, so if a partner wanted a piece of what we're working on, they would have to pay up. A sign of strength, so to speak. Still sounds like from what JT said that a partnership is still the plan, and I think that'll probably end up happening if all study data is positive. Like Tangerine said on IHUB, the valuation curve is in play here. We'll get way more in our favor once we have the human data. If it's going to happen, I think it'll happen this fiscal year.
I think I may just be rambling on.
