You can buy shares of any penny in the market. Thing is, can you buy TelVue ?? Think it's easy ?? Try for a few of the 55,000 available shares. $10.00 bid for 10 . ?? Maybe. Will it take $11.00? Maybe. How about $12.00 ?? Well if so then lucky you but remember that's just for today. Tomorrow is another story.
