I'd have to assume they were deliberately trying to keep Elite under the radar if they didn't PR study commencement and/or results. I mean come on. The company is getting back to stable ground, lets present at some investor conferences and such. I know they've said numerous times about keeping stuff secret but he just announced it on a recorded conference call for everyone to hear.
