Steve/Joe E, I believe Pierce Fleming is dumping shares he has into the float Cuz its not Chris Clarke selling new shares.
Whomever is selling has obviously arranged for a buyer to cross him out of his shares.if there were not a buyer we would be sub penny possibly triple zeros, so there is definitely an arranged buyer of the shares IMO.
I say its Pierce Fleming who is likely selling whatever blocks he has left that came off restriction when the float went from 4m shares to 14m shares. This selling
Of his shares is likely part of his payment for the shell. If he is selling against his agreement or has/is violating any securities laws then he ought to be reported to the SEC by mgmt.
