In all the years I was in regular contact with William Lieberman the CEO of MMTE, I can honestly say he never disclosed inside information to me. William did provide hints of things to come, and if one listened closely, one could certainly find research clues in the words he used. However, nothing of a material nature was ever revealed to me personally in private or in conference calls involving William, myself, and others.

I make this statement because some still say I had "inside" information while I served as moderator on IFlop. I suggest that interested investors should read or re-read carefully every single post they can find, and search for evidence of such information. In fact, I typically posted in rhythmic pros to dispel any notion of overt facts regarding material events. I never once told stories of secret meetings or private phone calls where future events were spelled out. Nor did I ever tell investors their MMTE investment was secure and/or certain to return profits as so many on IFlop did.

Instead, what one will find is honest opinions of what I expected would happen based on solid research, professional judgment, and clues found around the globe. When I speak of research, I do not refer to the self-dilution that passed so often as solid research on IFlop. Just because MMTE has or had rich neighbors does not mean anything for MMTE, and never did. And, simple trails made by graders or bull dozers does not pass for roads and should never be considered essential for future development for MMTE or others (that also goes for water wells and for previous mining adventures which failed). In addition, I never posted colorful maps serving as "proof" MMTE was a solid and legitimate company. What one will find is that I made phone calls confirming William was in this country or that when he publicly announced he was traveling for MMTE business. I also posted when he told me he was ill, even when this upset William.

So now we have investors hoping that a press release issued by a competitor detailing possible concessions which seem remarkably like MMTE's will bring rewards to MMTE investors. Yet no one knows whether he has them, lost them, or sold them because no such news was ever provided to investors. No one knows the terms for these concessions. The concessions are not listed in MMTE's financials (except for some in the Maricunga). Interestingly, these were the very first concessions William said he bought with his own money, then sold them to CLIL for a profit, then said they were part of MMTE, but never listed them as possessions. MMTE also never listed any money in the bank after numerous capital raises, convertible debt offerings, and share sales.

Finally, when I did discover William was not honest and truthful with me regarding the Overcash lawsuit, I quickly informed all shareholders that William lied to my face with no reason for him to do so. I asked investors what other facts William might be lying about, and could they really trust him.

Naturally, the dishonest mods on IFlop deleted such posts, and discredited anything I had to say. In there place, fabricated stories appeared of great things ahead for MMTE investors. Many people purchased based on these stories, and many more held longer than they should have. Posts began appearing that guaranteed profits for those invested, and claimed the stories told were certain, trusted, honest, and true.

June 30th is rapidly approaching, and now we hear stories that August might be better. Time keeps on slipping, slipping, slipping away --- into the future.
