They have to be really confident about their business to do this. I used to hunt aggressivley for forward splits when i was a young investor. It could mean many things, planning a big acquisition, perhaps Medscience labs...getting ready for more market demand, lowering the pps will do that...although i hate increasing share structures, (i love low floaters), i really like this move cause i believe this company has many aces in hand
