T-Bay Holdings Inc. (TBYH: OTC Pink Current) | Imad El Kurdi May Become T-Bay Holdings CEO

At a board meeting to be held in July accomplished businessman Mr. El Kurdi will most likely take over as CEO while the current CEO Issaree Suwunnavid will move to a liaison and integration role as T-Bay makes the transition to Card Tech International.

Mr. El Kurdi has held several international leadership positions before being appointed as Chief Executive Officer for Card Tech International B.V. in 2013.

Imad is focused on making Card Tech International B.V. a best-in-class organization, including building a strong management team, leading the company's growth pattern and a continuous focus on innovation.

In addition, Imad is one of the seed investors in Card Tech International B.V. and the founding partner of Card Tech Middle East and Africa, an independent entity in charge of Business Development for the emerging Middle East and African markets.

 In his previous roles, Mr. El Kurdi was acting as Head of Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Sales for SYAC spa, a leading Italian Security company. In this role, Imad oversaw large-scale projects with clients such as The Commercial Bank of Syria, Telecom Morocco, Port Casablanca, and a number of reputable industrial groups across the MENA region.

Imad actively shaped the Italian ? Middle Eastern business relations and acted as Business Development and Public Relations Advisor to leading Italian Companies for their expansion into the MENA region. He has an excellent reputation in assisting companies in negotiations with project partners and Governments across the Middle East.

Imad holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering  from University of Trieste in Italy. He is fluent in English, Arabic, Italian and French.
