Accredited Business Consolidators Corp. Enters Into Final Negotiations to Purchase 300 Acres of Land in Bluefields, Nicaragua.
MANAGUA, NICARAGUA--(Marketwired - Jun 24, 2013) - Accredited Business Consolidators Corp. (PINKSHEETS: ACDU) today announced that it began negotiations to acquire 300 acres of land in Bluefields, Nicaragua.
The property is accessible by road and water via Sconfran Creek which runs along over one kilometer of the land. The property exceeds one kilometer on three sides and is approximate 800 meters on the fourth side. A communications tower West of the land assures access will be maintained.
The negotiations are part of a continuing strategy to invest in the infrastructure of Nicaragua. AccreditedBiz already controls one kilometer of land running along the Bay of Bluefields.
Hong Kong based HK Nicaragua Canal Development Investment Group (HKND) plans to move forward with building a canal through Nicaragua. The project will bring in over $40 Billion into the Nicaraguan economy. The project will increase Nicaragua's economic development and present opportunities.
AccreditedBiz believes that Bluefields presents the only prudent trail for the canal. Bluefields offers a community of skilled workers and bilingual persons which will be necessary to successfully develop the canal.
