I bought my 1st house in 2003 then upgraded in 2009. I started looking for an upgrade in 2007 but didn't pull the trigger until I found the best deal I could for everything I wanted in a house and more. Patience is the key for all investments. Those that bought at high of market didn't wait for the right deal and didn't watch the indicators of the housing market.
I have shares that I paid more for just like a lot of people here and have yet to sell them as I believe they will be worth much more if Steve's goals pan out. Doesn't mean I can't play the short term game too in order to still have some fun and make $$$ while adding to my position with house money. My initial investment 18 months ago put me in a great spot. Let's not forget this is a penny stock. I am not married to it. I have a hard enough time going mega long on any company these days... Pennyland to Dow....
