$WPNV a further 54% shorted again Friday 20130621|WPNV|890547|0|1632407|O as we can see there now entering there 13th day and still continue to be flagged for failure to deliver and continue to short the stock daily ,this practice of shorting stock is going to back fire on them on WPNV -they be forced to cover and once they do we expect a major break out
