Great point about the lack of knowledge as to whatever happened with the alleged 1500 units that were shipping and delivery was "imminent". I trust what management says and claims however one cannot completely disregard that it has been many weeks and months since the primary 1500 unit order placement was announced and we did get announcement that the 500 came in but what about the bulk of the order? Where's the beef?!

Investors who have been in pink sheets stocks for a long time know that even though you are extremely bullish and hang your hat on every word from management, it is still wise to remain cautious and to believe it when you see it. It's that simple, shareholders need to get a shareholder update soon I think in order to learn what the status is on all of these business goals. We did get an update 10 days ago, however it really cannot be counted in my opinion as containing any real news on developments because it was just management stating that they have no idea why the large volume of shares are trading in the stock and that they continue to work on sales and marketing and getting the company fully reporting, but this much we already knew. For me personally, I would really like to start to hear from customers and their reviews after receiving their orders from the webstore. This for me would be a major development and go a long way in credibility. So far this month though we really have only learned that the High Times event went very well and that the ad campaign via Smell the Truth media site launched, which are great developments however that was at the start of the month and its nearing the end of the month, the stock has been crushed over the weeks and we have seen the O/S move up slightly, so while I always condone patience and long term strategies, I do still think that it would be a big positive for investors if we got an accomplishment of one of the main business goals soon. I know audits take a while so that may still be in the works. The 10k may be on hold and waiting for the audit; why do a 10k and then have an audit, that doesnt make sense. And all of the other plans for the stock are contingent on that. As for the product, distributors, marketing and sales come over a long period of time so who knows when we could hear anything substantial on that front. So at the least I think it would be nice at some point to get a shareholder update as to the CannaCig shipment of 1500 units. Also it wouldn't hurt to file the Q2 report to get current with the OTC markets site while they wait for the audit to complete. That could possibly at least get the ball rolling to perhaps get the stock off of the T4T. Also I think management needs to at some point detail their primary business model and what they intend to focus on. They have the Bionic cig, marketing and consulting for growers, services pertaining to removing DTC chills and the like and along with everything else, sales and distribution of the CannaCig. If they are going to do it all then show us the numbers so far or if all of those other income streams will be scrapped to focus on selling the CannaCig then let shareholders know. We need to know these things that are critical in figuring out how the business plans to make money and guidance as to the quarterly and annual earnings so we can value the stock. I think besides the obvious manipulation and lack of buying interest and volume, another reason why the stock just fluctuates so wildly in no-mans land and down so low is because no one really yet knows exactly how they intend to setup and execute on their business plan or exactly what those income streams will look like going forwad based on their efforts. Its a big mystery and the black hole of lack of information is causing uncertainty and doubt which hurts the stock and in turn hurts their ability to raise capital to fund a healthy business. Just ranting but I dont think these ideas are too far out in left field. These are pretty basic themes for public companies to deliver to shareholders.

Hopefully soon we can find out how our business is progressing.
