All I heard is "yes we have; we can't tell anyone all the numbers". I couldn't hear what David was implying but I get the sense that numbers are improving and other Texas production has been going on in parallel. NO NEED TO ANSWER BULL BECAUSE YOU CAN'T AND YOU SHOULDN'T AND I WOULDN'T EXPECT YOU TO. THANKS FOR YOUR ONGOING DEVOTION AND HARD WORK FOR TECO! .25/SHARE BY SEPTEMBER
