Re: Sawbuckle #310

Well said.  We are a rare group of s/h who have been helping to get the company leads or even deal with regulators (FIRNA) ... We defended the company against bashers and all.   As i mentioned many times before I would had been in EEDG and up 50X or more from $20K which what my worth of F3 holding at the early March.  I was so pissed and ready to get out at around .0017 to .002  then we got news about $2 million finance.   So the difference is $1 million - $3000.   The Cannouses did this and Frank too.  I always gave Frank respect and trusted him.  After the CC on March 22, I sent him email few days later asking him when he was expecting the first tranche.  He said late March or early April.  I held on to his words.  And the is the reward.

As for CC, Jim mentioned that they would go quiet after  ... did they knowingly know that there was no $2 million finance and buying time to dump shares?    Also this reminds me of a case that a company sued the Cannouses including Jim about the $2 million finance that supposed to take place but didn't?   The trust is lost and I feel that F3 is on its last leg.

Having said that it's true that a lot of stocks that have zero income and similar share structures with million $ in debt are trading at 10X as much.  So there is hope somewhere but F3 has been a very strange stock .. it doesn't follow charts or pattern but just down pattern.  i will just have to cut my loss soon and go to other stocks that just not keep going down.    My losts on F3 so far including those who I got them in F3 stock? almost $200K.     Two email i sent to Frank today, I got no answer.    This is a very sad.
