I believe getting Mr. Budman as a permanent FULL-TIME CFO was huge for SIRG!  No way a man with that kind of resume would jump on board if he wasn't confident this ship was going to sail away big time!  And, he must feel confident he's going to get paid so there is ANOTHER sign SIRG must have funding lined up...
