I don't envision a phase II skip. To be truthful - I don't want one. We need the phII info on multiple cancers and the inclusion of earlier stage cancers. We need the tumor mapping and marker info and the other data of the phII in order to build a perfect phIII. A lot of drugs make it all the way tp phIII and then fail. The risk of going in without abundant knowledge is too high for me to be comfortable with. Breakthrough - yes. PhII skip - don't think so and personally don't want that.
