Probably mid July.  The books are closed as of June 30, then the financials can be prepared and all the necessary update written.  That admin process will take a week or so, easy.  So dblstock if you expect "instant gratification" on the 30th, you might be well advised to not hold your breath.

Last year, for the year ending June 30, 2012, GOSY filed on July 16.  For the reasons I gave you earlier here-
