President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Capstone Companies, a leader in the design and manufacture of specialty power failure lighting solutions and innovator of consumer safety and security products for the North American and Latin American retail markets, joined the Company in 2006 as a Director of the Company and, in 2007 was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Capstone Companies, Mr. Wallach was the founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Capstone Industries, which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capstone Companies, Inc. In 1998, Mr. Wallach co-founded Examsoft Worldwide, Inc., which developed and delivered software technology solving security challenges of laptop-based examinations for major educational institutions and state bar examiners. Previously, he served as General Manager of Capstone Industries, eventually advancing to the role of President. Prior to joining Capstone in 2000, he spent ten years with Sagaz Industries, where he progressed through a series of promotions in finance and accounting, including Chief Financial Officer. President, Capstone Industries, had been a consultant for Capstone, acting as Key Accounts Manager to Walmart, as well as consulting for other major consumer products companies, including Alacer Corp. (VP Sales/Marketing for Walmart and Target) and nSpired Natural Foods (Key Accounts Manager for Costco) for more than ten years before officially joining the Company in May 2007. Previously, Mr. Goldstein was a co-founder of Flotool International and served as its President for six years. Managing Director, Capstone International Hong Kong, Ltd., joined Capstone International Hong Kong in Q3 of 2012. Mr. Sloven specializes in product development outsourcing for OEM and retail companies. Prior to joining Capstone, he was the Official Buying Agent for Dick’s sporting goods chain and Sports Authority. He also assisted in the development of a private label hardware and accessory line for Circuit City, Inc. from 2001 to 2004. In addition he has been involved with the development, manufacturing and sourcing of products for AT&T, Duracell, Rayovac, Stanley, Atari and Farrell Sports Concepts.
