If this DD is not available then why would someone risk investing. In most cases DD is available but knowing how to READ and understand it is experience and knowledge. KMAG is a QUALITY co. that has the DD out there and plenty of it to substantiate it's worth. Rumour, false claim donot support the company's credibility or its reality.

the RFID tech industry is very REAL very large and continuing to expand. currently we are in a 20BILLION dollar market place. what does this mean? it means that everything you are going to buy at some point between now and say 5 years from now is going to be tagged with such tech to prevent theft and track inventory, data, automobiles, dogs, people and the list goes on. just like your ipad, iphone, and any other "i" gadget they can think up. RFID is going to grow into a 70BILLION dollar industry. So is there room for growth? imagine you had just 1% of this market. Would that  allow a start up co. to profit and exist amongst the rest? How many cell phone makers do you know, computer co. you know? big companies like Walmart,Macey's and JC penny have just announced they are switching over to this tech and the list continues to expand.
