Ihub admin reinstated the post I'm happy to say.  Here is my latest reply to Schnockered!  Let's see if the post below stays up.

I've never known a person helping out the FBI or having all this public knowledge of an otherwise "invisible investigation" so you must be the person under the non-disclosure or is this simply just ongoing "TECO OPINIONS"? If a person is under a non-disclosure agreement with an ongoing SEC investigation involving TECO or any other public trading company and that person implies having first hand knowledge of an ongoing investigation then how can that person with personal knowledge of a TECO investigation post it on a public internet message board? If that person posting this so-called TECO investigation was entrusted with that information by the person under the non-disclosure agreement then that in and of itself is a violation by the person with the non-disclosure. That person shouldn't be talking to anyone and here you are with all this knowledge or again is it only [b]OPINION which I suggest you start "disclaiming" in your posts i.e. "This is my opinion only and I have no first hand knowledge of an ongoing TECO investigation."[/b] Any person violating a non-disclosure or aiding and abetting in the violation of a non-disclosure on a public message board shouldn't be trusted to begin with.
