What's ironic is they remove it and by removing they imply it is damaging to Schnausers credibility in trying to create FUD. The reason for removing it was Off-topic but in reality my response was right on topic and a direct rebuttal to his claim that TECO is under some sort of "invisible investigation" that nobdy can find because the SEC keeps those type of investigations secret. If the SEC wants to protect the investing public agaisnt companines committing fraud then does anyone really think that the first thing the SEC would do is hold that information back from the investing public?
