TECO is not under any investigation and I challenge you to prove it. I stood witness against a CEO named James Turek last summer. He was indicted on 8 counts of SEC fraud and 4 counts of tax evasion and I helped put him away for 18 years. Don't believe me then look up the case out of Kentucky and look at my posts on the PLNI board dating back to 2006-2008. I can also scan my subpeona and post it. Turek was CEO of PLNI i.e. Plasticon International. I had $35k invested in the stock. I was fully involved in the investigations and the FBI agents I dealt with were part of one agency i.e. the SEC division of the FBI. The only agency involved in public company fraud is the SEC Division of the FBI and I know for a fact via my old FBI contacts that [b]TECO IS NOT UNDER INVESTIGATION BY ANY AGENCY! [/b]
