This article lays it out in detail. I'd say I can with 100% confidence diagnose SKTO with a case of =naked shorting... which this CUSIP-number-change and reverse merger will help to alleviate. I'm not sure it will be the magic cure-all, but I do believe it will help tremendously.
Seriously, all those bashers and Ihub itself are conspiring to bring down the pps and have been since jump street. This isn't a paranoid delusion, but reality.
