The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas Announces Suite Retreats, Exclusive Benefits for Small Luxury Meetings and Gatherings Requiring Premium Accommodations

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Jun 20, 2013) - With nearly 25 percent of its accommodations dedicated to suite categories, The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas has introduced a premium offering designed for executive retreats and elite small groups requiring suite-only stays. The luxury hotel's new Suite Retreats program is available for groups of up to 30 guests and ensures that each participant can enjoy a suite while at the hotel.

Suite Retreats works as a guaranteed upgrade program specifically for small private gatherings. It allows planners to upgrade an entire group into suites at a preferred, $50 per-room premium. With suite upgrades generally offered at a $100 premium, Suite Retreats at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas offers not only unprecedented value but also the most refined and personalized gathering experience available. Additionally, Suite Retreats offers complimentary in-suite Internet access for event participants, double Ritz-Carlton Rewarding Events points for the meeting planner, and complimentary Ritz-Carlton coffee and tea presentations for meetings which include added food and beverage service ordered by the group.

Complementing its exceptional upgrade and service access, Suite Retreats offers enhanced convenience and VIP confidentiality as well. For groups using the new program, furniture in select suites can be rearranged or repurposed, ensuring that participants will not have to leave their floor, or even their own suite, to attend a board meeting, one-on-one discussion, intimate social event or high-level business activity requiring enhanced privacy.

Audio-visual and presentation resources can also be made available within select suites, while added flexibility in catering can be accommodated on the Suite Retreats program. Presenting a further benefit for board meetings, the hotel's Suite Services Team is experienced in working not only with meeting planners but also with executive assistants and corporate representatives booking board functions directly on behalf of company CEOs or directors -- and needing more comprehensive assistance in the planning of their retreat.

The 51 suites of The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas offer varying sizes and configurations, but all present outstanding views of the city, premium locations within the hotel, and enhanced in-room amenities. In the case of the hotel's coveted eighth-floor, a recent renovation now allows for the configuration of a private, multi-suite wing, including the renowned 2,300 square-foot Ritz-Carlton Suite which boasts a full study, living and dining areas, and a kitchen with private service entrance. The secure five-bedroom wing ensures even greater privacy and the feeling of an exclusive enclave, ideal for publically known groups and top executive retreats where confidentiality is paramount.
