(PINKSHEETS: FTCH ) has recently launched Fargotube 4.0, the latest version of its flagship platform billed as the Entertainment Social Network. As discussed, the new platform will soon offer its users the option of creating and owning their very own "App" which will be available on Apple, Inc.'s App Store for use on all iPhone and iPad mobile devices.

With more and more consumers migrating from traditional PC's and Macs to mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets it was a logical progression to add features that are compatible with mobile devices. Now every user that creates a Tube on the Fargotube platform can now have their very own personalized App with a click of a button, according to Frank Connor, F3's CEO. "While the pricing has not been set it is anticipated that there will be a nominal one time set up fee and annual maintenance fees as well as a small percentage of all download purchases." The new Fargotube Apps are anticipated to be completed and available for purchase on the iPhone and iPad platforms this quarter with Facebook, Inc. Apps soon to follow.

In other news F3 wants to take this opportunity to updates its investors as it pertains to funding. Work on the securing of funds outlined in the terms sheet announced on March 6 have been ongoing for several months without any real advancement to announce. Given that we have a fiduciary responsibility to our shareholders we feel it necessary to pursue other avenues of funding. While we will continue to work in good faith on this and other funding opportunities that we feel is in best interest of the company and its shareholders, we feel that we have no other choice other than to move on to seek new funding opportunities. The company believes this will have no material effect on the company's goals and objectives as the company has continued to move its products and services forward completely independent of this funding opportunity. The company will be announcing the completion of several key objectives in the weeks to come as we continue to bring innovative products to the marketplace.
