After seeing Steve's favorable reply to your post, I decided to go back and read it.  While I have liked your posts in the past, I did not read this one because I glanced at it and thought it was a bashing message.  BUT IT WAS NOT - I found out.  I agree, your post was very good, and I thought it was constructive.  Funny now how I WAS never going to read it.  Peace and respect to all of us, and thank you for posting a great one!
