Thanks for the post, and for putting into words the exact sentiment where some of us have been.

Those of us that have left, for exactly the reasons that you have posted, may or may not be able to be won back. But, if it mitigates the issue going forward, perhaps new investors will feel more like part of the company than just another anonymous poster with a pocketbook.
