The Above link shows the Magnatude of what path HYII has taken...and it is Huge..

An Exerpt shows the Value and HUge Potential > >

MOU SIGNED with FCC

FCC has advised Hybred that it anticipates to expend approximately $32 (US Dollars) per metric ton in the production of the iron ore, and anticipates that the Mine will, when fully operational, produce approximately 40,000 metric tons per month, and will show a profit of approximately $40( US Dollars) per metric ton.  FCC estimates that the Mine will reach maximum production within nine (9) months from the date of commencement of operations.

**HUGE** With the parameters above, the study projected revenues of approximately $388 million over the next 10 years starting with an estimated $36 million in revenue the first year commencing production. Other factors that can affect revenues include the planning horizon of the evaluation, commodity prices, financing, extraction costs and increases in production and sales. Additionally, the company intends to increase its mining production capacity to 150,000 tons a month within the next year.

NEXT STEP NAME a HUGE BOARD MEMBER
Renowned Geologist John McIntyre Joins All Grade Mining's Board of Directors

Mr. McIntyre is a renowned authority in geology and mining with 30 years of experience in the field. He served 22 years as a consultant to major mining companies such as Barrick, Rio Tinto and BHP as his experience includes technical management of projects ranging from grassroots exploration to feasibility studies. Mr. McIntyre was a key player in the discovery of both the Rio Blanco Porphyry copper deposit which had 1 billion tons at 0.85% Cu and the Caspiche deposit which had 27 million ounces of gold (Au) and 24 million ounces of Au equivalent in copper.

SECURED FINANCING from 8-K

Item 7.01 Regulation FD
9 May 2013 – All Grade Mining, Inc., now having sufficient capital from an investor with those funds being earmarked for periodic reporting, is now finalizing efforts to become current in its periodic filing requirements.

HUGE FROM JUNE 2013 Q > > The Company also made a $100,000 USD payment on the Salitrosa Iron mine project, and raised $375,000, in addition to issuing 3 million shares, and performed such other administrative tasks as required.

***HUGE VALUATION***

Confirmation of $160,000,000 Valuation and $1,600,000,000 Valuation from revised DEFR14C filed with the SEC:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml...ID=8184727

For inquiring minds, that $160,000,000 value was a conservative market value that was given at such time for their 40,000,000 mt of ore. As of 11 Oct 2011, the company has filed on page 20 of their Revised DEFR14C filed with the SEC in the link below that the Foreign Commerce Consultative Services, Inc. (FCC) will show a profit of approximately $40 ( US Dollars) per metric ton. That equates to a current value of…
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml...ID=8184727

40,000,000 mt x $40 profit = $1,600,000,000 in Profit

This Equates to > > >

The report shows $32 profit/ton to HYII, with 40,000 tons/month possible.

That's $32 x 40,000 = $1.3M profit/month or about $15M/year as a run rate in profit.
Could see $100M market cap here.

So we are at $297,000 Cap which devided into a $100 million Cap is 337 multiplier by current .0035 which is $1.18 Per Share!
