IC Places New Reality Show that Interviews Moguls & their Paths to Greatness and how they Found their Common Denominator
Jay Leopardi, the Bad Boy of Branding, Sets out to Begin Pre-Production with Punch TV Network and Interview the World's Leading Business Tycoons
LOS ANGELES, July 24, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- IC Places Inc. (otcqb:ICPA), IC Places is pleased to announce it has begun pre-production of Common Denominator, hosted by The Bad Boy Of Branding, Jay Leopardi. The show will be a part of the Fall 2012 lineup on Punch TV Network.
About Common Denominator: Each week, Jay Leopardi will meet with another mogul of business in his journey to find out (with our viewers) what makes the highest achievers and the greatest business people succeed. Punch TV has a Master Mind Board that will meet with Jay in each show and send him out with an introduction to the business icons.
Through Jay's unique approach he brings the viewer's back each week with another tip "keys to greatness." Each Mogul will have a trait that stands out which the show will key in on, but in all of them we will find a "Common Denominator." As each episode unfolds the picture will develop what made the most successful moguls flourish, who they are and how the viewers can apply to their lives.
This is a reality show with real people, real moguls, and real icons with real answers.
At the end of each season the show will publish a book called Common Denominator, which will lay out what everyone has learned throughout the series and how to apply it to business models and personal achievement goals.
The new weekly reality-based TV show is a modern day telling similar to the life path of Napoleon Hill as he set out to create the greatest self-help book ever written, "Think and Grow Rich".
"I met Jay Leopardi on the set of Sony Studios in Los Angeles. It was instantly clear that Jay has the "it" factor, or shall I say Hit factor. The guy has a personality mix of Steve Jobs, Donald Trump and is Robert Downey Jr's doppelganger," said Steven Samblis, Chairman of IC Places, Inc. "As we talked outside the sound stage, studio tours where stopping and taking pictures of Jay obviously thinking he was Robert. As we talked about what Jay does in the arena of branding and his magnitude of experience, I knew something was there."
This is a TV show that takes a modern day business man, guided by a mastermind group of business moguls, who set out each week armed only with an introduction to meet, and discover within the greatest business people on the planet, what made them successful and to find in them a common thread. Following the same model as Napoleon Hill did with his ultimate creation in "Think and Grow Rich."
A week after Mr. Samblis and Mr. Leopardi met, the show concept began in it inception and was then titled Common Denominator. For the complete story, go to: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/ic-places-ne...2012-07-24

LOS ANGELES , July 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- IC Places (OTCQB: ICPA) is pleased to announce it has begun production on Punch Television Networks' first Reality TV Show based on the day to day lives of the people that run EzVip.com.
About the Show
Nightlife doesn't just begin when the sun goes down. It's a 24/7, 365 job that never sleeps. It requires the resilience to withstand huge egos and "I don't care" attitudes. No matter what city you're in (Miami , Vegas, LA...), it's all the same. When millions are at stake and your wildest dreams are on the line, you either step up to the challenge, or collapse under pressure.
IC Places Inc. (OTCQB: ICPA) has formed a production partnership to take viewers behind the scenes to see what it really takes to make it in the multi million dollar world of Nightlife Entertainment. Some of the top celebrities from the worlds of entertainment, sports and business have agreed to appear on the show's premier season.
Like a fly on the wall, viewers will see what it's really like to be a part of the glitz and glamor of meeting high profile celebrities and VIPs, partying with them into the early hours of the morning, only to return to the office at 8 am and begin the start of another work day.
The show will follow the EzVip.com team as they provide their celebrity clients with access and convenience to some of the biggest events in entertainment. In the process showing EzVip.com as a company that is revolutionizing nightlife.
The premier season is slated for 13 episodes and will begin airing this fall on Punch TV Networks and International Syndication. Filming for the show kicks off in Miami at the Versace Mansion July 21st with a celebrity filled event celebrating Al Nelson 's birthday bash.

Steven Samblis , CEO of IC Places, said, "Working with Al on the 'Nightlife' sections of www.icplaces.com , I had a chance to see behind the scenes what it took to run these incredible events and cater to his celebrity clientele. I knew immediately that this was entertainment magic. That started the conversation about bringing Al's world to TV. Since appearing on ABC's Shark Tank, Season 3 Premiere this year, where both Mark Cuban andDaymond John invested in EzVip.com, Al has been inundated with offers to take his world to Reality TV, pitching his world from all different angles. When Al saw I had the same vision on how to tell the story of EzVip, we decided to make it happen. This show is going to be a game changer." About Punch Television Networks
Launched on Wednesday, October 19, 2011, shortly after Columbus Day, Punch TV is, in many ways, also an explorer. Instead of spending the normal costs of $100 million to launch, Punch TV spent $10 million. Rather than launching by airing re-runs of popular and loved shows, Punch TV has 70% original programming.
And now, Punch TV Network extends its originality even further when in May of this year the company introduced its Fall lineup of shows to prospective advertisers and/or their representatives. The success of the Up-Front resulted in commitments of twelve million dollars in advertising dollars to Punch TV's fall line-up of shows.
At Up-Front, Punch TV Network introduce 17 of its roster of 36 new dramas, comedies, variety shows, talk shows, children's shows, and inspirational entertainment. The event was attended by a number of celebrities including Blair Underwood, Bill Duke, Dawnn Lewis, Obba Babatunde, Omar Gooding, Damian Hall, Fonzworth Bently, Kiki Shephard, Lorraine Toussaint, and many others.
Punch TV Network, with a presence this Fall in more than 100 cities, does, indeed, personify the spirit of independent television. Punch TV! "Are you thirsty yet?" For the complete story, go to: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/ic-places-co...2012-07-10
