Belize is hard to calculate because even "if" Treaty has oil it's not up to them to make the announcement. The 4 cents estimate is based only on what we know in West Texas. Markets love to rally on foreign hydrocarbon speculation (see ERHE and FEEC) so should we get Belize news I would say opening price at 7 cents, which is the high of the rally in July of last year.
