Chiurazzi to Sponsor 2013 ShowBoats Design Awards in Monaco

WILSONVILLE, OR --(Marketwired - June 19, 2013) - Experience Art and Design, Inc. ( OTCQB : EXAD ) (the "Company") is pleased to report that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chiurazzi Internazionale, S.r.l., is an award sponsor of the 2013 Golden Neptune Awards -- an annual ShowBoats Design Award ceremony held in Monte-Carlo, Monaco during the annual "Rendezvous in Monaco" festivities. 

The Golden Neptune Awards is held in the principality of Monaco, Monte-Carlo in Southern France during the annual "Rendezvous in Monaco" festivities. Now in its fourth edition , the Golden Neptune Awards were created to celebrate excellence in superyacht design during a glittering four-day event series of awards ceremonies, presentations and social galas. The Rendezvous event series is launching on June 20 ^th , 2013 with the actual formal award ceremony being held on evening of June 21 ^st in the main hall of the magnificent Monaco Opera House . The ShowBoats Design Awards were specifically devised to recognize designers responsible for the individual elements of superyacht design in 15 categories including naval architecture, exterior design and interior layout as judged by a panel of design experts.

In recognition of its sponsorship, a series of showcase galleries and specialty art exhibitions of Chiurazzi's Italian Renaissance sculptures will be displayed in three separate locations during "Rendezvous in Monaco." Chiurazzi pieces on display will include, among others, La Vittoria di Samotracia  (an artisan reduction from the original sculpture, currently featured in The Louvre Museum, in Paris), and Donatello's Colleoni , and Verrocchio's Putto con Delfino. A specially curated Chiurazzi collection will also be exhibited on The Terrace of Le Hôtel de Paris on Friday night for a post-ceremony gala. The Rendezvous will also feature the design of the host superyacht, " M.Y. KARIA. " The " M.Y. KARIA " will be exhibiting Chiurazzi sculptures for display aboard the vessel for the duration of the event series.

In addition, The Welcome Lounge environment hosting Rendezvous events will be co-sponsored by both Fendi Casa and Chiurazzi, located near the mooring docks in the port of Monte-Carlo. A modern re-publication of the last printed Chiurazzi catalog from 1929 will be gifted to several notable superyacht owners and guests of the gala events and awards ceremony.

Joined by an exclusive group of international brand sponsors, Chiurazzi is honored to host, present, and assist in highlighting this year's award winning designers. EXAD President Mr. Gordon Root will be presenting the "Newcomer Designer of the Year" award on stage during this year's award ceremony.

In addition to the originals, there is an extensive collection of masterpiece reductions from the Chiurazzi School, which are cast in limited editions of 299.
