Fortitude Group Inc., ( Ticker Symbol FRTD) CEO Thomas J. Parilla announces that Fortitude Group Inc. has acquired 51% of the Florida based corporation: Big Time Auction & Liquidations Inc. Big Time Auctions & Liquidation Inc. operates under the direction of a 25 year industry veteran, Col. Gary Bowman.
Mr. Parilla Stated ?As outlined in prior press, the company is in final negotiations with several companies. I am happy to announce the closing related to one of those companies ?Big Time Auction & Liquidations Inc.? The future potential for rapid growth along with the company?s recognized success to date made this an easy choice and a quality acquisition.?
