Four Simple Rules to Eliminate 99% of MicroCap Fraud on the OTCBB . These suggestions were submitted by Nodummy, and were not directed toward any one company or any one stock. I suggest the requirement for $500,000 in revenue or the ability to obtain the same amount in funding would go a long way toward making these companies real in every sense of the word.
Somebody sent the following proposal to me. I think this would make a great topic so I decided to post it here to get some feedback. I might take these ideas and the feed back provided and write something up about the subject this weekend.
