We value your complete satisfaction.

Our Conditional Return & Limited Exchange period is valid for ONLY 7 days after you receive your order. After 7 days, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If within 7 days of receiving your vehicle YOU DECIDE you do not want your vehicle, please call our customer service department, and we will discuss your options with you based on the terms and conditions of our : Return Policy Agreement as follows:

* In order to return anything you purchased on this website, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles, parts or merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

* Vehicle must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days in new and re-sell able condition.

* All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages.

* 25% - 35% restocking fee will be applied to your return according to the condition we receive it in and it's reselability status.

* If you have received your vehicle for more than 7 days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it for refund or replacement.

* In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.

* We don't accept worn cloth, shoes, gears return. Unauthorized return subject to variable restock fees based on the condition.

* This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, and accidents or have not received proper maintenance or been assembled in accordance with our policies and guidelines.

* Once your order is processed, should you decide to cancel it PRIOR to it being shipped you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee.

* You may freely cancel your order should we be unable to fulfill and ship it within 30 business days of processing your payment. In this case, you will receive a complete refund.
