Well, In My Opinion, this one moved off my watch list the end of June, after a 3 month watch. The last week of June, the week yielded about a 90% gain. The first week of July was rather rough for the market with the 4th being in the middle of the week, and the week was down 11% from previous. The following week I saw a 71% gain over previous, followed by last weeks 11% drop.
Now what does that all say? At least to me, and the charts see to agree so far, that this should see steady and strong trending upward. Percentage wise, its hard to say going forward, but from the PR's that have been coming out, the CEO making management changes for a stronger company, in my opinion, this is just getting started and will be gaining for sometime.
Check out the website, check out the products, and if you are a hunter, I think you can appreciate what they are trying to do with getting their Big Tom blind, NWTF certified. They do have some really good products!!
If you read the PR from this morning, I would like to highlight something that the CEO Dan Cooper said, and I quote,
"I'm pleased with the recent progress we've made and this is just another step in the process as we continue to execute our turnaround strategy. Tim and I promised to make the capital structure more appealing to investors and that's what we're doing. This is an exciting time for us, we're signing new distributors, bringing new products to the market place, our revenues are increasing, and our investors are happy with the way we're conducting business. The summer show season has given us the chance to introduce the Big Tom and we've attracted the attention of some major players. This speaks to the potential commercial success we have on our hands and we're doing everything we can to capitalize on this opportunity. I plan on addressing our shareholders as soon as possible but don't want to do anything prematurely. We've waited a long time to be in this position so I'm not taking any chances by releasing information that could adversely affect any part of the negotiations."
Executive Vice President Timothy Durant added, "With the latest reduction, our current outstanding common share count stands at 693,945,913, the unrestricted common share count is at 639,091,824, and the current float remains unchanged at 531,091,824. We are still looking at additional reductions and feel like it would be in the best interest of all involved to make these cuts as soon as possible. We have been advised not to release additional details until future changes have been completed. We will continue to provide our shareholders with the most up to date information as soon as it becomes available."
I don't think that you will find to many Penny Stocks that have this going for them. A Share Buyback, with a share count @ less that 700 million, this is Unheard of. Most Penny stocks out there right now, have shares numbering in the 2 to 10 Billion share range. This truly is a once in a lifetime stock, in my opinion.
I hope you get some shares and join us, this is going to be a GREAT RIDE!!
