WindPower Innovations, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WPNV) announced today that its Cameo Pools subsidiary has just launched its pool maintenance division to provide ongoing maintenance and repairs to its existing and new customers.
Cameo intends to expand its market share by providing quality, reliable weekly, bi-weekly and monthly pool maintenance services to customers, initially in the east valley of the Phoenix Metropolitan area. The Company will offer a discounted rate to customers who purchased a pool from Cameo at any time during the 35 years it has been in business and a slightly higher price to customers who had pools installed by a competitor.
John Myers, CEO of WindPower Innovations, commented, "This is the next step in our ongoing business plan, and provides another untapped growth area for our business and out stockholders."
Steven Vollaro, President of R.I.G. Construction D/B/A Cameo Pools said, "We expect to add about $1 Million dollars to annual revenue by adding this service which should also contribute to increasing our margins as the margins in maintenance are considerably higher than that obtainable on construction of new pools."
WindPower expects to announce in the near future some strategic partnerships that management believes have the potential to greatly increase the revenue of its Cameo Group.
