Something IS happening. The FAA is acting on Baltia's request for them to give a blessing on the interviewed Chief Pilot - they will respond shortly (if they have not already), and Baltia will complete their next request, they will respond, and then a formal meeting will take place between the five key FAA blessed managers and the certification team and a group from FAA in Wash DC - that should be reasonably soon (within 45 days is a my GUESS) -
so, there is MUCH going on - and Baltia is waiting on the FAA at this time. This is a slow, slow certification for many reasons, not the least of which is the fact that Baltia is the FIRST company to obtain FAR121 certification from scratch under the new rules.
Enough said. It is frustrating, and I don't blame people for getting discouraged. This investment is not for someone wanting a guarantee. It is not for someone expecting quick results. That being said, it IS a company deeply entrenched in a tightly regulated industry trying to get speedy cooperation from a federal agency . . .
IMHO, Baltia IS a company that will become operational (nobody can say that they won't, in fact Baltia is still in the certification process, and Baltia has not been turned down by the FAA) and those who invest at these low, low share prices, will reap impressive returns. Some investors have a shorter time line and perhaps cannot wait for their own reasons - I am here because I believe that Baltia will operate, and I can wait.
