Whenever a shell is bought from someone else.....99% of the time shares are sold by previous management...which would mean Pierce IMO... In the case of CYBK/DNYS I believe Pierce is selling against his agreement and possibly against SEC rules.....

Either way... Clarke will get the private companies rolled into the $CYBK shell via an S-1 and the PPS will take care of itself.
