Very, very unlikely. Even p53 activation in all 40 unlikely. Seeing 1 or 2 people with measurable reductions in tumor size would be amazing. And remember - one curse of phI is that many participants never receive therapeutic dose, or, they don't receive therapeutic dose for adequate time for treatment response. We don't know what therapeutic dose is - but chances are it hasn't been reached yet. So in this trial we may have 40 participants - but most will likely receive sub-therapeutic dose.
