Cooper Holding Names New Counsel
COTTAGE GROVE, TN, Jul 17, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Cooper Holding Corp. (PINKSHEETS: COHO) today announced they have retained Mr. Frank Yates, Jr., of Louisville, Kentucky, as Corporate/Securities Counsel effective July 16, 2012.
