Yes I'm ok, only writing with left arm, both shoulders went out, on from old injury and last Friday from work! Computer had to be repaired! Havn't been on computer at all last month or so!

Summer Time and work! Happy fathers day to all! Can't even get into gmail, they made me change password and forgot password! So it is part of the reasons why!
