I am still going with july 31, 2013 for financials but if they come out sooner that would be great. here is a post I took from the other board.

Audit!!!!!!!!! I was able to reach CEO Adams on his cell yesterday. I asked him about the auditor's work. Indicated they are working with them everday and very close to having completed. Says the federal filings will start very soon. Estimated will be done by end of June not end of July. He also says his revenue continues to move higher and profits are growing. He is a bit rough talking but I don't care as long as he gets those numbers out and stays making money.
Value being created here. I am sure he will be angry but here is his cell number to get him live and in person (610)742-4420.
