Big Jeff, you are on a roll.   I very rarely 100% agree with posts on either board.  You have posted three in a row that are dead on!   Keep posting!  If realistic timelines cant be made and kept then they will be passed by the competitors that can.  I don't think they will put in place a effective BOD that can move this company into the next level and eventually a prospering young Pharma or selling the drugs for top dollar to large Pharma.  If one is put together it will probably be mostly academia people who don't have the current experience or contacts this company desperately needs.

I mostly check the boards on weekends so I apologies in advance  if I don't read or respond to posts.
