$WPNV has now entered its 8th day of failure to deliver http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/WPNV/short-sales yesterday there was a further 4.3 mil shares traded the short postion on this play is just increasing by the day -when we get a break out and we will soon ,expect this stock to move past 0.20 very fast ,at that point we will increase our target price greater then 0.20 ,this is a beast ready to break out -good luck to all the longs
