ABOUT, (TRUST & BDC)

All of the services we provide represent links in a chain, they interconnect. Business Development, however, is the chain and the process of articulating a general plan for progress is a suit we wear well, as our Trust is more than capable of explaining the broad strokes as we detail the devils on the way.

Our philosophy is very simple. We take the position that all micro cap companies are going concerns so long as their auditors say so; their common securities can never relate to any value, hence any attempt to enhance shareholder prices is a complete waste of energy; they are devoid of market capitalizations, and trade by appointment exclusively. In view of foregoing, the strategy of attempting to build revenue is counter productive. Small issuers, in particular, must create new financial instruments that will protect their original stakeholders and attract new ones, documents need to reflect the value the company is attempting to bring into treasury, debt to equity ratios must come down while the contractual obligations are being met, and the company must acquire its value through asset purchase agreements or forward acquisitions that will create consolidated balance sheets.

The priority moving forward is investor confidence, and the public company has a responsibility to build that confidence by registering it’s investor’s securities, and creating value for what they own. We take the position, that management’s objective must be to create a revenue stream out of the financial derivatives, and to ensure that the security is completely free of DILUTION. Securities that barely trade, earn an income, and are margin worthy are the gold standard and to that end, management must concentrate its efforts. Everything we do revolves around our instruments, documents, debt resolution, equity enhancement, and registration, the end of which is a 1940 Act Company, appropriately called a Business Development Company, and an Exchange listed Amex Company.
