Clarke did not break the IPO contract. PERIOD!
PF needs to speak up since the shares being sold now are probably from his shares and his top notch crews shares becoming available for resale in the float. That is why the float increased to 14 million per the 1Q 10Q.
From the looks of the 1Q 10Q, PF and the consultant that was fired early with the early termination fee are the problem. IMO the consultant that was fired early and PF obviously talked and maybe this bu$$shit is between them. Afterall the consultant was fired for a reason.
The CYBK Team needs to rid themselves of those MF'ers.... IMO
