That's a great idea for an app. They are never as cavalier in real life as they are behind sitting behind the computer. That's some funny and sad descriptions of how it is with them. I think you hit the nail on the head.  Why or how someone chooses to act that way is beyond me. You would never see it in a real life environment, and if you did it wouldn't last very long.  That type of stuff would find a way of working itself out pretty quickly.
