$DUSS A reporting company with a low share structure is very attractive as a reverse merger candidate for a solid public company.
All you need to do is offer restricted shares off of the AS and bring in
Instant Value of the new entity.
It's a win win for both current shareholders and the new entity.
They would both grow together.
Our pps would immediately move to its new perceived value based on value and growth potential.
The key is to find a worthy candidate.
