I've been so busy and haven't been able to follow

I've been so busy and haven't been able to follow everything... but am I correct that Steve still hasn't retired the shares that were Collins and that he is not trying to get the name or ticker changed (which both have Punch in them) before the launch of this new VU TV? I would think it would be a higher priority to get rid of the Punch name and start the new brand off with a fresh start....? Maybe not.. ?
