They are shorting but the millions you see loading, in my opinion, are being loaded by the people that hired ARCA. Till they are finished loading shares they wont let it go up. This, also in my opinion, could be directly related to our Q2 about to be released. I think Steve knows if the Q2 doesn't look good people will jump ship but if the float remains the same and people see RICH people holding millions of shares it will ensure investor confidence.
I wouldn't sell a single share if I were anyone at these prices because they are fictional prices. Especially if we are up-listing to the next step towards NAS. These games wont stop till the fat lady is filled. O, and no I don't think it is ICPA or Steve dumping shares I truly believe someone hires ARCA to load and that is what ARCA is doing.
One of two things could be happening, IMO, a promotion is about to start or a big wig is entering the game.
